Anyone, anywhere, can use a valid credit card to make a payment to SunSpring Properties LLC. USA residents (only) can also choose to pay online with a check. Online checking is the same as if you wrote out a regular check. Just click on the Help button next to the checking form for easy instructions on how to fill out your check.

Complete the form and if you entered your correct email address, within a few minutes you will receive a receipt and SunSpring will be advised that you have made your payment. If you are paying in full, your deed will be recorded and in the mail within a few days. If you are buying on terms, will will email to you a receipt with easy monthly payment instructions, and an amortization chart.

Use the form below to make a downpayment of $6000 towards the purchase of the Package of 30 Lots in Block 3 of the Sundown Addition, Hidden Valley, Highland, Arkansas. Your monthly payments on the balance of $250,000 will be $1296.59 at 4.7% over 30 years. You can pay out the loan anytime without penalty and get the deeds. The downpayment is refundable only if you don't want the package after visiting or having a third party inspect it at your own cost within 30 days of making this payment.
To buy 30 lots for cash, use the form below to make a deposit of $6000 towards the purchase of the Package of 30 Lots in the Sundown Addition, Hidden Valley, Highland, Arkansas. Your $6000 will be applied towards the purchase of the package. You will need to pay the balance within 60 days by cashier's check or international money order in USA funds. The deposit is refundable only if you don't want the package after visiting or having a third party inspect it at your own cost within 30 days of making this payment.
